Our word
We show up when we say
One customer put it this way: it is rare to have someone show up when they say they are going to, and come back when they say they will. That is the standard the company works to.

In TC’s own words
A water heater shouldn’t cost you the house and the farm.
That line went round Taylor County in May 2025, when the company put its water heater pricing out in the open. The rest of the post said: “Most all water heaters in a residential setting can be replaced under 1,000$ including all the materials and an inspection.”

TC’s words again. Here is what that covers, from the water heater in the basement to the hydrant at the barn.
It is the first thing TC’s says about itself. To us it comes down to plain things: honest work, keeping your word and dealing fairly with people.
Our word
One customer put it this way: it is rare to have someone show up when they say they are going to, and come back when they say they will. That is the standard the company works to.
Fair dealing
TC’s has said it publicly: stop paying more than you need to. You hear the price before the work starts, and it covers what the job needs.
Honest work
Kentucky inspects plumbing work, and that suits us. A job that is put in right has nothing to hide from the inspector or the homeowner.
Respect
Neat work, tools picked up and the place left as it was. Customers have noticed, and said so.

Julian & Isaiah showed up on time and quickly got to work. They were very neat and left everything like they left it. They did an excellent job. I was very pleased with them. I will keep TC' s number on my fridge to recommend to others and for future work. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I was worried due to the time of year and weather that I wouldn’t be able to get someone for weeks. Within 2 days our plumbing issue was fixed, thanks to you! It’s rare to have someone show up when they say they’re going to and come back when they say they will. Thank you!!
Fast and great service! Very reasonable and very efficient! Thank you TC for the great job !
Local knowledge
Plumbing in south-central Kentucky has its own habits. Knowing them is how you find the trouble quickly.
Limestone
This is karst country: limestone bedrock, sinkholes and springs. Water that has touched limestone leaves scale in faucets and a bed of sediment in the bottom of a water heater.
Crawl spaces
Farmhouses, older homes in town and manufactured homes here mostly sit over a crawl space. The pipes run down there, out of sight and out of the heat.
Hard freezes
Most winters are gentle. Then an arctic front drops the county into single digits for a night or two, and lines in crawl spaces and outside walls split.
Sewer or septic
Homes in Campbellsville are generally on city water and sewer. Out in the county the water comes from a rural main and the drains run to a septic tank.
Service area
TC’s Plumbing & Service is based in Campbellsville, the seat of Taylor County, in the hills of south-central Kentucky beside Green River Lake. We work in town, out in the county and in the neighboring county seats.

Keep the heat on, let a thin stream run from the taps farthest from where the water comes in, and open the cabinet doors under sinks on outside walls.
Yes, as a rule. This is limestone country, and water that has touched limestone carries dissolved calcium and magnesium.
One slow fixture is a clogged drain. Every fixture slow at once, gurgling toilets, or sewage at the lowest drain points to the main line or the septic tank.
Ask for the plumber’s name and license number and look it up with the Kentucky Department of Housing, Buildings and Construction (DHBC), which licenses plumbers through its Division of Plumbing.
