One customer put it this way: it is rare to have someone show up when they say they are going to, and come back when they say they will. That is the standard the company works to.
TC’s Plumbing & Service LLC is a plumbing company in Campbellsville, Kentucky, serving Taylor County and the country around Green River Lake.
The company was organized in Campbellsville in January 2023 and is on record with the Kentucky Secretary of State as an active company in good standing. Around town it is simply TC’s. Customers write about keeping “TC’s number on my fridge”, and that is the kind of plumbing company it sets out to be: the one you call first and recommend to the neighbors.
What the company says about itself
The introduction on its page is one sentence: “Christian owned and operated with strong American values.” It is followed by an invitation: “Give us a call today!”
Those values are easy to state and harder to live by on a Tuesday afternoon under somebody’s kitchen sink. In practice they come to honest work, a kept word and fair dealing: showing up when we said we would, telling the customer the truth about what we found, and charging a price we would be content to pay ourselves.
A team, and a standard
TC’s describes its people as “a qualified, insured, and experienced team.” Customers describe them as on time, quick to get to work, neat, and careful to leave a home the way they found it.
Open about price
In May 2025 the company did something plumbing companies seldom do. It published a price. “A water heater shouldn’t cost you the HOUSE AND THE FARM”, the post began, and went on: “Most all water heaters in a residential setting can be replaced under 1,000$ including all the materials and an inspection.” The post was shared widely around the county. The thinking behind it applies to every job: people should not pay more than they need to.
The work
Water heaters are the work TC’s is best known for. The team also repairs leaks and water lines, clears and repairs drains, works under houses in crawl spaces, and looks after the fixtures in kitchens and baths. Where Kentucky requires a plumbing permit and an inspection, the job is permitted and inspected.
